Gus joined the Church in 2005.  He and his wife, Margy, came to us from the Republic of Korea, where they were stationed in Seoul. Gus spent 22 years in the US Marine Corps. After retiring in 2007, he became a government civilian at US Special Operations Command at MacDill Air Force Base. In June of 2022, Gus fully retired and began volunteering full-time on the Church staff. He was ordained as a Deacon in 2003.
